I personally use Bb instead of Bb7 and C7 instead of Csus4
For each F, G7, Dm chord until the 3rd verse, i D strum once, “sing” the lyric, then D strum again before doing the same thing to the next chord. When it comes to Bb7 and Csus4, I just do one D strum each. When you get to the 3rd verse, I do D D D D for F, G7, Dm and D D for Bb7 and Csus4. Long, over-drawn explanation I know but I didn’t know how else to explain it lol
