remember keys
            E Gbm
Well they encourage your complete co-operation
         B E B E
Send you roses when they think you need to smile
  Abm Gbm
I can't control myself because I don't know how
         B B
And they love me for it honestly, I'll be here for a while

             E Gbm
So give them blood, blood, gallons of the stuff
          B E
Give them all that they can drink and it'll never be enough
             E Abm Dbm7
So give them blood, blood, blooood
       B E B E
Grab a glass because there's going to be a flood

  E Gbm
a celebrated man amongst the gurneys
         B E B E
They can fix me proper with a bit of luck.
    Abm Gbm
The doctors and the nurses they adore me so,
         B B
But it's really quite alarming cause I'm such an awful xxxx.

           E Gbm
I gave you blood, blood, gallons of the stuff
           B E
I gave you all that you can drink and it has never been enough
           E Abm Dbm7
I gave you blood, blood, blood
        B E B E
I'm the kind of human wreckage that you love!

    For the intro it’s
    A——3–
    E————
    C————
    G-2-3——
And then place all the strings and once for the chords throughout the song :)

  2. my intro is for (Well they en……)
    A—————-|♪
    E—————-|♪
    C–0—2—4-|♪
    G—————|♪

  3. GerardTheFrogDad

    -4 is the easiest

  4. Dean and His Pie

everytime you play this you have to have a minute and a half of silence before you can actually start. its the law.

  5. oh you clever little thing

    i play
    A ———–3-
    E ———-
    C ———-
    G –0–2——
for the intro (“well they en-“) and then start strumming (since it’s already on the c-chord)

  6. TheAmazingPhanisnotonfire

    -4 is the best!

hi i just started learning how to play the uke ( i literally got it like last week ) and im kinda confused on what the numbers mean, like i played the chords and everything but it doesn’t sound right. do i have to change the key of my uke? someone help a desperate child out thx

    • they are keys, when singing if you have a higher or lower voice than the original song, you can change it to a higher or lower key to match your voice

    • make sure your ukulele is tuned. i recommend the guitartuna app. it has a ukulele tuner as well. the numbers on top are the halfsteps up and down or just easier versions to play the song in. if you wanna play an easier version, but want it to sound the same as the original, put a cappo on what ever fret that matches the version youre doing. Ex. if you do -1 you put the cappo on the first fret, -2 put the cappo on the second fret etc. i hope that helps.

    • the clique is my family

oh my frigging god that username is so glorious lmao the clique is the best ;)

  8. -6 I find is easier and better sounding

  10. I tried out different keys and the -4 is personally best for me because with some chords on 0 is hard for me because I have small hands. But I love it! Its amazing! Great with my voice!

  11. Why do I sing this in a British accent
Also -4 works really well ^_^

  12. NoPhanIntended

I know its really late, but I use “cause I’ve got such awful luck”

  13. Michelleukulele

Well +1 fits really well with my voice and the chords are pretty easy

  14. I’m in transpose +1 is there an alternative i can use instead of dm7?

  15. TwentyUnoPilots

-4 is the easiest I think

  16. for strumming, i use DUX-UDUX (x being chuck)

  17. TaxiCabHometown
