Instead of B7 it sounds better to play F#dim7 (2323)
I find it works better to play an Eb diminished (2320) than a B7
b7 is wrong I believe, try d7 its much better
D7 sounds better than B7
When it goes Am, Abm, Gm, instead of playing the normal forms for the chords play Am up higher (5453) and then just slide the whole form down for Am and Gm.
