It sounds pretty good to play D7 after the third “I can’t hide”

C. D. C. D. C. D. D7.
I can’t hide. I can’t hide. I can’t hide .

In the last chorus, that second Em should be a B7

My aching hand wants to know if there are any substitutions for Bm and B7? Please help me!

For B7, it sounds the same if you just move Em up one. So it would be fret 4 on G string 3 on C and 2 on E string. I hope this helped!
