Verse:
       C G Am F
When I find myself in times of trouble, Mother Mary comes to me,
C G F Em Dm C
Speaking words of wisdom, let it be.
    C G Am F
And in the hour of darkness, she is standing right in front of me,
C G F Em Dm C
Speaking words of wisdom, let it be.

Chorus:
       Am G F C
Let it be, let it be, let it be, let it be,

Verse:
    C G Am F
And when the broken-hearted people, living in the world agree,
C G F Em Dm C
There will be an answer, let it be.
    C G Am F
For though they may be parted, there is still a chance that they will see,
C G F Em Dm C
There will be an answer, let it be.

       Am G F C
Let it be, let it be, let it be, let it be,

There will be an answer, let it be.
       Am G F C
Let it be, let it be, let it be, let it be,

California Uku Girl

Hey! I just do 2 strums down on each chord- C G Am F.

Don’t know if this helps but… yeah

vietanm girl

this don’t help me!!!!! i agree with you

Henry Batterby

I did three

Jacob Melanson

DDUUDU-DDUUDU is the strumming pattern that I use; it is super easy to maintain whilst singing and playing along with the actual song.

Maya

i follow this strumming pattern:

– DDU for the intro, verse, and outro
– a quick strum for F-Em-Dm-C (i prefer to play F-C-Dm-C because it’s easier and sounds better to me)
– DUDD for each “let it be” in the chorus

hope this helps!!

Bria_Ukulele

I found that strumming twice AND humming or sing along really helped me to learn it better!❤

.

Instead of f em Dm c. Do F then pluck the open 2nd string then pluck 3rd w your 2nd finger on 2nd fret then play c

Hope that made sense

Hi guys, new to this site. I play it slightly differently
When you end on the word “be” on the F a quick strum
of C F C works for me

annabelle

the original strumming pattern is actually very easy! it’s just two down strums on each chord then quick single strums on F, Em, Dm, and C

Leah

This doesn’t tell you the strumming pattern how am I supposed to start?

Kongi

This website was meant for teachers. There is no strum pattern so the teacher could choose one that they wanted their students to use. If that makes any sense?

not gonna say my name UwU

i do two strums for each note, it sound nice like that

Prince Rama

On the quick strum on Let it be part. I always use F-Am-Dm-C.
And my strumming pattern is DDU, When i go up it means time to change chords. HAHAHA
