7 ukulele chords used in "Hotel California" by Eagles: A, Bm, D, Em, E7, Gb7 and G

-7 sounds decently realistic to the song and is pretty easy to play.
Dads fav song… happy fathers day
I think for beginners wanting to play this song this would sound better,
f c g d
“Welcome to the Hotel California, such a lovely place, such a lovely face.”
These chords are also really good but more for people who have been playing a while like me. my friend who just recently bought a ukulele tried these chords and couldn’t play them 🙁
so here’s an alternate 🙂
-2 sounds good and rlly easy
how do you play the riff at the end of the song?
For the fingerpicking I like C A G – E A – C G E A – – – – –
We need tabs for the fingerpicking!
-2 with capo on the second fret is perfect, but sounds ok without the capo if you don’t have.

idk if this is useful, but i couldn’t play GB7 and it didn’t feel right to skip it in the progression, so i found that this is much easier: Am, E7, G, D, F, C, Dm, E7 for the verse and F, G, E7, Am, F, C, Dm, E7 for the chorus. oh and strumming pattern is D D DU U UDUDU. hope this helps !
Colitis? Really? LOL
welcome to the LA bed and breakfast
That was a great song!
