Played this to a girl a few years ago. Now she’s my wife.
5500 is a perfectly good Fmaj7
exactly the same notes as that fingerbuster on the chart!
evangelion ;^)
if you replace Eb with G7 it sounds a lot better
this is wolfstar right here
You can also replace Fmaj7 with F, it’s easier and it sounds better to me
I don’t know if everybody would like this as much as I did, and I was kind of making it up as I went along, but I did D D x D D x D D x for the whole song and and on the last two chords you do D x D x. Try it out if you want.
+5
try replacing dm with dm7 which makes it sound way better just add pink to a string 3 fret
Strum pattern?
To the 3 people who disliked this… I’m coming for you.
I’m not too sure about how the Eb’s sound so I replace it with a G7, but otherwise, great chords!
Does anybody happen to know if Imaginary Future covers this song in the same key?
Is it just me or are the lyrics off? After the instrumental the first verse shouldn’t be there. The ending should be:
In other words, in other words,
I, love…… you.
The Am7 and the C6 may be the same, but the chord progression doesn’t make sense theory wise if you call them the same thing. I think it’s helpful towards keeping in mind that there is a pattern and progression to follow on top of knowing the chords.
@hamka787 there is no difference between Am7 and C6, not sure why they’re listed separately; that is definitely confusing.
@oldplucker thanks for the alternative Fmaj7! way simpler to transition!
@ukulilo spot on; Eb sounds really out of place but switching it with G7 is perfect.
thanks for the tab and the great comments!
What’s the difference between Am7 and C6?
What other chord am I able to use besides Fmaj7???
-5 is the easyest
Love this song and replacing Fmaj7 makes the whole song much easier
