4 ukulele chords used in "Shape Of You" by Ed Sheeran: A, B, Dbm and Gbm

if you put your capo on fret 4 after transposing down 4 and want the picking to sound the same:
(this shows your fretboard AFTER capo)
xA|–0—3—0—0—3—0—0—3—0—2—0———|
xE|————————————————————–|
xC|————————————————————–|
xG|———————————————————0—|
hope this helps! it’s pretty easy 🙂
for riff:

-2-5-2-2-5-2-2-5-2-4-2-0
What’s the strum ?

+3 has easy chords and good if you have a high voice
Hi
its actually “drinking fast and then we talk slow and you come over” ;33
Hey guys, if you do Am, Dm, F, and G I think that sounds pretty good too! 🙂
easiest is + 3
If Dbminor is too hard I’ve found another fingering where you barre the 4th fret and put your ring finger on the 6th fret.(Bb minor but two frets up). This helps we a lot since I have small hands.
For verses I like D UUDU
DU(mute) sounds great as a strumming pattern!
Nice
it is much easier on -4 and the strumming pattern I’m using is DU UDU
If u transpose to -4, Em sounds a lot better than Am
Can someone explain strumming chords?!!!
for me it’s easier to go with Am-Dm-F-G
For easier chords, watch the ukulele teacher on YouTube. And if you’re too lazy, the chords are Am, Dm, F and G throughout the song. And the strumming pattern is D du du du. Or it’s up to you.
-4 is definitely easier 11/10 would play again
tip if you’re a beginner using the -4 transpose and you want to do the tablature at the top:
—-3——3——3—-2-0-
—————————–
—————————–
–2—2-2—-2-2—-2—–0
this keeps it in the same key (no matter the capo you use)
