    why..do..some..of..the..chords..have..different..names..but..are..still.the..same..chord?..it’s..so..confusing!!!P.S…my..space..bar..is..broken..so……yeah..-_-

  2. Axolotls Animated

This did not sound right to me…soo…

  3. SpicyUkulele

In the video, Dodie just bars the fifth fret to replace the F6 chord

  4. The Screaming Goat That doesn't play the Ukulele

Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm….This is confusing and idk this song soooooooooooooo uhhhhhhhhhhhh good luck to u guys that are actually serious about ur music

  5. These are the chords that worked for me:
    Bar the fifth fret
    DM
    Do that for the verses

For the chorus (I can sing I swear it’s true) you’re going to do:
    BM
    C7
    Bar the fifth fret
Either a GM or g7 I forget what it’s called but it’s on the first three strings and is kind of an inversed regular g
And then BM and c7 again

Do the verses and choruses as needed and then the bridge goes from DM to GM I believe but I might be totally wrong

  6. So play if Y’all want to play this song exactly correct just go to youtube and search the song and then “the ukulele teacher” he will teach I used both this site and his channel.

    • I found that his technique is easier for those who want to learn how to play and not sing along. When I tried learning The Judge by Twenty One Pilots, I couldn’t sing along because I kept messing up. He teaches how to play the chords before learning how to play and sing at the same time. His videos might work for some, but definitely not all.

  7. twenty-one-phans

eh +2 is a bit easier but could just be me

  8. these chords aren’t completely wrong! dodie just uses alternate fingerings. for example, for F6, she doesn’t use the regular dm7 fingering, she barres the 5th fret. the one mistake i found was the first chord of the chorus is just a B, not a Bb. hope this helped xx

  9. Actually, the lyrics in the last verse should be “I think I’m gonna stop, I just wanted to improvise”

  10. Verses: A should be replaced with Adim7, B should be replaced with Bb or Bbadd9 if you’re advanced and would like to.
    Chorus: B should be Bb.

Everything else can be played as is and works very well. Hope this helps!

    • The Ukulele Teacher on YouTube has a great tutorial also with strumming patterns. Some of his chords are quite advanced and can be swapped out with the ones on this tab for an easier version that sounds almost exact to dodie and jon’s original.

  11. jnwjnwnwjnojdnoiw

For the beginning i use Dm7 to F

  12. This was great! Thank you so much for making it! It was hard to figure out at first but then it was easy.

  13. CuriousFlame

Very wrong! Wanted to play for a friend and she hated it so much that she rewrote the whole thing so it sounded right.

  14. Daniehlowell

F6 should be F5 (bar 5th fret) and majority are wrong I recommend the ukulele teacher on YouTube he has the correct chords

  15. Livyy, not nice…
    :(D

  16. PEOPLES!!!!!
    Yes the chords are WRONG!!!!
go YouTube: an awkward duet ukulele teacher!!! His voice is TERRIBLE, yes!!! But he has the correct chords!!!!

  17. Lol. I just love when people spell CHORUS like,” chores”
