For the plucking this is the easiest way to explain it:

C string
E string
G and A together
E string

For the chords, do C, cmaj7 and a c but on the 5th fret
Then in the verse go to F and then Fm

This is the best tab I’ve seen for this song, originally i had to watch the video to self teach it so big props to you, but here are some improvements i would suggest. First, in this section, {Am Fm} {It’s been over a year, I thought this was the end} The Am should be an F major chord, it sounds similar to the Am but you don’t get the effect of the minor plagal cadence as the original does. How do you read plucking patterns? I’ve been doing this for about 3 months and I still have no idea how

I’m a beginner, so I put down fingers that match the number next to the letter, like how ‘A’ has a 3 next to it, meaning you put 3 fingers on the string. I skip the ones with a 0.

If it says 0, you play the string open, if it says 1, keep your finger on the first fret,, if 2, second fret,, and so on. Only pluck the string the number is on.

Recommend playing it a bit differently, just sounds better in my opinion:

(play each variation twice)
It’s very similar but just play the A and G string at the same time, makes a huge difference and sounds more like Robin’s version :)
