  1. How do you play a rift? Sorry I’m a beginner on uke and I also want to play the rift.

  2. PntlssBndMmbr

Oops sorry i didn’t put spaces as to where the chords go
    This is the full bridge:
    Bm————————D
Why don’t you show me a little bit of spine
    Gm———————————-Gbm
You’ve been saving for his mattress (Mattress, mattress)
    Bm————D————–Gm
I only want sympathy in the form of you
    Gbm
    Crawling into bed with me

  3. PntlssBndMmbr

    This is the full bridge:
    Bm D
Why don’t you show me a little bit of spine
    Gm Gbm
You’ve been saving for his mattress (Mattress, mattress)
    Bm D Gm
I only want sympathy in the form of you
    Gbm
    Crawling into bed with me

  4. Bass part!!!!

    A–2-2-5-5———–5-5—–
    E———-5-5–3-3——5-5-
    C—————————-
    G—————————-

    *REPEAT TWICE*

  5. Maddieberry79

If you want to play the guitar part in the pre-chorus I think it goes like this:
    A|——————————————————-
    E|——————————————————-
    C|1-1-3-3-4-4-8-8-6-6-8-1-1-1-1-1-3-3-4-4-8-8-6-6-8
    G|——————————————————-
It’s pretty close to the real thing, if I’m wrong though feel free to correct me

  6. Instead of playing Gm then Gb in the chorus play G then Gm it sounds alot better

  7. i play it at -2 and change fm to f and e to e7

  8. -2 is easier and sounds just as good

  9. CSProfoundDino

Does anyone have a substitute for Db?

  10. Hikaru Katayama

For the bass riff, I play
    A -2-2-2–5–5-0——-5-5-0
    C —————3-3-3——
    E ————————–
    G ————————–

  11. And G sounds better than Gm

  12. Bass riff before the chorus:

    A-42–—42—-4–-
    E-–––2–—-2-–-2
    G-—–—–—–——
    C-–—–—-–—–—-

  13. thot spotter 3000

its on from under the cork tree not on infinity on high

  14. Does anyone have an alternative to playing an E for this song?

  15. ThanksPete

Does anyone know the bass riff from the middle part just before the chorus? It just sounds so good and I need to learn it! ^_^

  16. rileygeyerrr

if you want the bass riff intro, you can play it easily on ukulele

    A-22–5———–5—–
    E——-55—-33—-55–
    C———————–
    G———————–

  17. IfDarylDiesWeRiot

    Try playing -2, you’re welcome.

  18. this song is on the album From Under the Cork Tree, not Infinity on High

  19. samfoxmustdie

if the Bm is too difficult, you could switch it for an Em for the same sound

  20. it’s f not fm
