6 ukulele chords used in "I Will Follow You Into The Dark" by Death Cab for Cutie: A, Bb, Bbm, C, Dm and F

In Revolutionary School
As vicious as Musain rule
I gouty feelings bruised
by the leader in red
and i propped the bar
as he told me “R, you’re a good-for-nothing Fool,”
and I heard every word that he said
For those who are wondering, the picking pattern used in the actual song is you pluck the C string and then strum up once and down once for each chord
My dog just died. This song makes me think of her
D – D U – U D U (repeat) is the strumming pattern I use
On a different page it says to play C7 after C in the “vacancy signs” part.. and it sounds a bit better to me when C7 is added sooo I thought why not telling more people. :3
I think that -5 sounds the best
I love death cab. They get me in the feels¬
My parents loved Death Cab For Cutie, I never really thought much of it until I heard this song, now I’m hooked
I changed E to Cmaj7. It doesn’t the worst and so I went with it.
My older brother introduced me to this song! I LOVE this song and can’t stop playing it on my Ukulele!♥️
a couple of the C shoould be Am, like during the intro and the first C in the chorus, but the rest is awesome!
one of my favorites literally spot on
omg this is such an awesome song!!!! I love it, and teh tabs a really simple and easy (i’m a beginner so this is great) thanks!
i used the strumming pattern DDU-UDU-UDU
I like -7 it’s real easy and good for a high Alto or maybe a lower soprano for singing and if you don’t like the Fm chord use CbMaj
Replacing the Bbm with Bbadd9 sounds nice and is an easy finger transition.
I like +2
+4 sounds best to me
+4 is easiest for me to sing and play
I’ve been playing this where I pluck the 2 outer (G&A) and then the 2 inner (C&E) repeatedly. If anyone wants something fun to try moving away from a pick with, this is definitely a good one to try it with.
