As long as the room keeps singing.

But the real bombshells have already sunk.

    Am Am
At night we're painting your trash gold while you sleep.
          E
Crashing not like hips or cars,
        E
No, more like p-p-p-parties.

Please, catch another.

  1. My lawyer made us change the username so we wouldn't get sued

Instead of the dreaded ‘E’ chord, I used e 7 so there wouldn’t be an awkward pause between Am and the other…….It works for me, it sounds basically the same but just easier to transition

    • Antisocial-Yeemo

I’ve found a great substitute for E!! The D chord, but loved two frets down, it sounds really similar!

  2. hahahahaahhaaah YASSSS I LOVE THIS SONG

  5. I’m afraid you got some if the lyrics wrong, instead of “god damn arms race” its “gah dah ah rah” *haha kill me*

  6. HeadFirstSlideIntoCapetownOnABadBet

    Anyone know the strumming pattern?

  7. E7 works best for this song

  8. mcasper96

I did the same thing before reading the comments and maybe they did it because E is absolutely impossible to play?!?! It does sound better in my opinion, but you do you ‘Heythatsprettygood’.

  9. Kat In The Hat

The way I like to sing it works well with either -5 or even +5

  10. Heythatsprettygood

No! Why would you do that ‘truelivesofthefaboulousphangirls’?!? It doesn’t sound right.

    • You don’t need to freak out about it. People have their personal preferences about stuff and if you disagree, you shouldn’t say a word. I honestly think it sounds fine because the E chord is a hella hard to play. Next time keep your preferences to yourself. Thanks.

ok, so i just made E in Em, and it sounds great. and i think it’s a bit easier!!
