Drive straight down-up eighths and punch the power chords in the chorus.
9 ukelele-akkoorden gebruikt in "Dance Dance" van Fall Out Boy: B, Bm, Db, D, Em, Gb, Gbm, G en Gm

wait,,,,,, i thought dance dance is in from under the cork tree,,, not infinity on high,,,,
How do you play a rift? Sorry I’m a beginner on uke and I also want to play the rift.
Instead of playing Gm then Gb in the chorus play G then Gm it sounds alot better
this song is on the album From Under the Cork Tree, not Infinity on High
I use Am, C, F for the interlude. I think it just sounds better
-2 is easiest
Oops sorry i didn’t put spaces as to where the chords go
This is the full bridge:
Bm————————D
Why don’t you show me a little bit of spine
Gm———————————-Gbm
You’ve been saving for his mattress (Mattress, mattress)
Bm————D————–Gm
I only want sympathy in the form of you
Gbm
Crawling into bed with me
This is the full bridge:
Bm D
Why don’t you show me a little bit of spine
Gm Gbm
You’ve been saving for his mattress (Mattress, mattress)
Bm D Gm
I only want sympathy in the form of you
Gbm
Crawling into bed with me
Bass part!!!!
A–2-2-5-5———–5-5—–
E———-5-5–3-3——5-5-
C—————————-
G—————————-
*REPEAT TWICE*
If you want to play the guitar part in the pre-chorus I think it goes like this:
A|——————————————————-
E|——————————————————-
C|1-1-3-3-4-4-8-8-6-6-8-1-1-1-1-1-3-3-4-4-8-8-6-6-8
G|——————————————————-
It’s pretty close to the real thing, if I’m wrong though feel free to correct me
i play it at -2 and change fm to f and e to e7
-2 is easier and sounds just as good
Does anyone have a substitute for Db?
For the bass riff, I play
A -2-2-2–5–5-0——-5-5-0
C —————3-3-3——
E ————————–
G ————————–
And G sounds better than Gm
Bass riff before the chorus:
A-42–—42—-4–-
E-–––2–—-2-–-2
G-—–—–—–——
C-–—–—-–—–—-
its on from under the cork tree not on infinity on high
Does anyone have an alternative to playing an E for this song?
Does anyone know the bass riff from the middle part just before the chorus? It just sounds so good and I need to learn it! ^_^
if you want the bass riff intro, you can play it easily on ukulele
A-22–5———–5—–
E——-55—-33—-55–
C———————–
G———————–
