If you go to -2 and replace Cadd9 with G, you can do the finger plucking at the beginning of the song by plucking the first three strings to C G Am7 F.

strum that i use is for the chorus D-DDU for each chord for some i have to repeat it twice, but for the verses i just dtrum down :)

i use -2 and replace Cadd9 with G like the comment below mine
i then use the simple strumming pattern that is used for This Is Home (D DU) but twice so it goes D DU D DU for each note

i also put the capo on the second fret (or the rubber bands and pencil trick)

i personally use -2 with a capo :)
i saw this on another comment but to do the plucking at the beginning of the song i use the last 3 strings using C, G, Am7, and F.
for the rest of the song, i use the strumming pattern DD-DUDU (1 2 – 1 & 2 &). i play ukulele in the weirdest way possible tbh sooo i wouldn’t listen too much to me since i’m not that good :’)
i prefer to use counts since that’s what i’m used to but whatever,, just enjoy the information…??

I like to replace dadd9 with gbm…it makes it a bit easier and I think it sounds nice :)

if you go to the top where the song title/artist/chords/song info is, you’ll see a “transposer” and there are numbers like -2, -1, 0, +1, +2, etc. and you can click on them and it will change the tune up or down depending on the number you press. i don’t rly know how to explain it, i had to figure if out for myself as i’m new as well 😅 hopefully that didn’t confuse you even more. sorry it took seven months for someone to reply.. i’m sure you’ve figured it out by now lol. hopefully that made sense!

I had trouble getting my finger to get the E chord right.

Try doing -2, it’s a lot easier and the chords fit together a lot better
