remember keys
Am
I got so sick of being on my own
        F
Now the devil wont leave me alone
                   C
It's almost like I found a friend
                     G
Who's in it for the bitter end
     Am F
Our consciences are always so much heavier than our egos
              C
I set my expectations high
                 G
So nothing ever comes out right

F Am
So shoot a star star on the boulevard tonight

I think I'll figure it out with a little more
G G7
time but who needs time

Chorus:
C Am G
Turn off the lights turn off the lights
C Am G
Turn on the charm for me tonight
C Am Em
I've got my heavy heart to hold me down
               G F
Once it falls apart my heads in the clouds
                         G
So I'm taking every chance I got
          -paused-
Like the man I know I'm not

Am
So sick of wasting all my time
       F
How in god's name did I survive
                      C
I need a little sympathy
                     G
To sore my insecurities
Am F
Our consciences are always so much heavier than our egos
                   C
I set my expectations high
                 G
So nothing ever comes out right

F Am
So shoot a star on the boulevard tonight

I think I'll figure it out with a little more
G G7
time but who needs time

Chorus:
C Am G
Turn off the lights turn off the lights

I've got my heavy heart to hold me down

  3. If you transpose this song to +3 you will get the original chords! Just if anyone wanted know :)

  4. Sorry, I actually think you’re mistaken. I didn’t create the ukutab but the official lyric is actually “charm” and not show. If you look up the lyrics anywhere, they will all say charm lol.

  5. I’m not normally one to point out lyric mistakes because I expect if you’re singing the song you know the lyrics, but it’s “turn on the show for me tonight,” not “turn on the charm for me tonight.

  6. This sounds amazing on the ukulele waw I’m loving it

  7. the lyrics are a little messed up, but other wise this is amazing

  8. Honestly my favourite Panic! song, huge thanks to whoever requested this one!
