5 ukulele chords used in "Perfume (full)" by Lovejoy: A, Cm, Eb, G and Ab

For those of you wondering, I watched Bettlebug’s cover and I think I found chords close enough to what she used. Firstly, they put the capo on the fourth fret. For the verses: A, Ebdim, bar 4th fret, and D6. Then for the first line of the chorus: D6 and bar the 4th fret. For the chorus: A, A7, D6, and bar the 4th fret. For the post-chorus: A, D6, and bar the 4th fret. For the strumming pattern at the beginning of the verses, I just down strum once for each chord. Then, when the verse goes “But I don’t like his eyes” and forward, I use DddDddDdU (putting emphasis on the capitalized letters). In the first line of the chorus, I do three-down strums for D6 and one downstream while baring the 4th fret and then go back to DddDddDdU for the rest. of the chorus using the chords stated above. Really, just watch Beetlebug’s video and try to mimic how they play the song.

I really hope this wasn’t hard to understand :/ I really like this version of the song soooo
hey! try replacing g with gm! for the verses ur gonna want to do an on and off pattern of du finger on du finger off c string, and it sounds wayyy better with gm!
+2 sounds good
Lovejoy thanking you for saving me
PLS does anyone know beetlebug’s chords for this??
if you want to do the fingerpicking/baseline part right before the first chorus, you can replace those last Eb and Ab chords in the first verse and that first G chord in the chorus with this
A | —————————————————-
E | ——3–3–4–3–4–3—–4–3–4–3–1-
C | –3————————-3———————
G | —————————————————-
for anyone who wants a more simple but higher pitch id recommend +4
Whats the strumming pattern?
tbh G B7 Em C/Cm with capo sounds better than these chords provided 🙁
