+5 sounds better and is way easier imo. very fun and natural progression. if you do want to do the original, fmaj7 has an alt of 5500 that’s waaaaay easier and often sounds better
-3 is way easier if you dont like the Fmaj7 i do have decently big hands tho so Bm and Dmaj7 aren’t too hard for me
