Verse:
Db
I feel a filth in my bones
                         Gb
Wash off my hands till it's gone
Bbm
Your walls they're closing in
Ab Db
With velvet curtains

Verse -same as first-:
Some love was made for the lights
Some kiss your cheek and goodnight
Lift up a red high heel
Lock up your doors with steel

You're making noise in my street
My blinds are drawn, I can't see
Smashed in my car window
Didn't touch the stereo

Slow it down
          Ab Db
And you come back to bed

Rest your arms and rest your legs

Act like you've been here before
Smile less and dress up some more
Tie up your scarf real tight
These boys are out for blood tonight

That wasn't what we were good at
And when it came to love
We were not good enough for it

Slow it down
          Ab Db

  1. does anyone know the strumming pattern???

  2. -1 is the easiest to me :)

  3. LarrysFadingMemories

Oh and for my first comment im talking about the (-1) key. I think that key definately suites me best for how i like to play the song. Thanks x :)

  4. LarrysFadingMemories

Im very very thankful for this tab! One thing i would like to add is for that last “verse” i wouldnt play the chord progression the same as the first. I personally think it sounds way better when you play the first line “dont you frown when you’re feeling like that” the same as the chorus (F,Am,G,C) and then the last line “only love can dig you out of this” as Am on “only”, G on “love”, and C on “out”. I really hope this helped some people x :)

  5. Lord Thactama

awesome job. While not necessary, I like to play Cmaj7 at the beginning of the second line of the verses

  6. Thanks for the chords (I’ve been hoping for them for a while!) but some of the lyrics are wrong! It’s “Angie come back to bed,” not “and you.”
