Hey if you guys are having trouble I recommend a YouTuber called Cynthia Lin ukulele she does blackbird and a bunch of other tutorials I practically learned uku from her

flowerchild

I learned blackbird from her too. I really recommend it! Her tab is very good.

HawaiianUke

That’s how I learned too. She is a really great teacher and goes at a nice pace. She’s amazing for beginners.

Could you post a link?

ukuella

this person was just too lazy to write out the whole song.

Papa Johns

I loves this song. It is very beautiful. And always remember, “Better Ingredients; better pizza”

Angi

Pleeease give me the rest of this!!!
There is a whole chunk of it missing even if you consider that a lot of the first verse repeats. I can’t find tabs that match these anywhere else :(((
I love this song and I’d really love to play it whole…

Margaret

I cannot understand only having One line for Uke, Surely you need 4 lines, one for each string with the fret numbers marked??
Thanks,

Zacharghy

For those struggling:

The first line is the sheet music. Under that (the second line) is the ukulele tabs for the first line written out with finger positions. Then that format repeats throughout the page.

So it looks like this
Intro:
Line 1 – Sheet Music
Line 2 – Finger picking finger positions
Line 3 – Sheet music
Line 4 – Finger picking finger positions
Lyrics for line 1/2
Lyrics for line 3/4

Then repeat for the next 4 lines
Sheet Music
Tabs
Sheet Music
Tabs
Lyrics for lines 1/2
Lyrics for lines 3/4

and so on.

great!

Abby_eva01

I don”t like how they did this song but i LOVE the song( it gets me every time)

Grace lover

Supra confused. Is there something easier? Need it if there is!

Olivia

This is actually really helpful; if you read the second line, or the first line of tab, you can end up with a really nice result!

Lina

I guess you’d actually need two ukuleles (or just a 2nd Instrument) to play the whole Song. 2nd line is like the background tabs while 4th line matches the vocals. Playing only line 2 you will probably Not recognise the song whereas line 4 only sounds a bit flat to me:/ compare to the song and you will hear that its more than this

Tpetkid

Well, some uke players are skilled enough to play both at once, but for the normal population, yeah, it’s a duet. I also agree that the line for vocal is a little off.
