Same chord progression throughout the whole song:
Gbm D E E ( 1 strum ) - D ( 1 strum )
No matter which way you go
No matter which way you stay
You're out of my mind, out of my mind
Out of my mind, out of my mind
I was walking with a ghost
I said please, please don't insist
I was walking with a ghost
I said please, please don't insist
No matter which way you go
No matter which way you stay
You're out of my mind, out of my mind
Out of my mind, out of my mind
I was walking with a ghost
I said please, please don't insist
I was walking with a ghost
I said please, please don't insist
No matter which way you go
No matter which way you stay
You're out of my mind, out of my mind
Out of my mind, out of my mind
I was walking with a ghost
I was walking with a ghost
Out of my mind, out of my mind
( I said please )
Out of my mind, out of my mind
( I said please )
You're out of my mind, out of my mind
Out of my mind, out of my mind
Out of my mind, out of my mind
Out of my mind, out of my mind

3 ukulele chords used in "Walking With A Ghost" by Tegan and Sara: D, E and Gbm

I have also found that if you play Gm, Eb, and then a D as the chord progression, that works to and in my opinion is much easier for beginners like myself. Ive also gotten it to where I dont have to play the D chord by placing my fingers on the center 2 strings on the second fret, muting the top string, and then strumming.
