There are a few improvements to the chords for this… The chord before the Amaj7 written as A, is an A/F#… which can be played in two ways – 6/6/0/0, or 6/4/2/0.

Maybe this tab was originally written for guitar, and to stay true to the original tab they kept the variations in. Looks like the two chords are just one small note apart even on a guitar, with all that extra range.
