  • Ariasmusic says:

I transposed it +1, but something sounds off. Does anyone know?

  • Dude... says:

Yea. If you don’t know, transposing means that you are making a song a certain key that it was not meant to be. Keep it on the key of Gbm AKA the “0”.
Let me teach you something about transposing; it doesn’t always work. Sometimes its like adding salt to watermelon. Other times its like adding pepper.

  • Layls says:

No, ariasmusic is right. The b sounds off to me! Trying now to work it out! I think it works with D, but not b.

  • ukelelel says:

Chris D’Elia in the Ten Minute Podcast am I right? Go watch the episiode: So British and you’ll get it. Anyway, yeah the song sounds good for me.

  • Ukuhazza says:

If you can’t reach e chord quick enough you can play e7 as it also fits in well

  • imnai says:

Works much better with Dm instead of B.

@Layls thanks for the inspiration! :)

  • anonymous says:

+3 is easy and good for a girl’s voice

  • gmsylvester says:

    Hey, what’s with the A A A? “…that I would like to say to you…”
    How is this right?

  • gumbright says:

This is really great, but that A A A needs something. I like it by add the following

    First A played straight
Second A add 2nd fret on A string
Third A add 3rd fret on C string

You can carry that through to the next A or play that one straight

  • kellister says:

Good question, gmsylvester. I thought the same thing! That not should be changing

  • Jared says:

    For anyone wonder(wall)ing,
The best way to play this is +1 cause it puts it in the key of Bb, which is a nice key to play in. The verses are fine, but for the Bb, Bb, Bb you see (Or A,A,A if not transposed) when he says “would like to say to you” can be played as Bb, F, Gm, then right to C. If not transposed then its all one step down. the chorus is also a little messed up. The chords are weird, but just follow the pattern, Eb, Gm, Bb. just doing that over and over again sounds good. Besides that this is great tab, good luck playing it!

  • ukelucy says:

    transpose to +3 much easier!<3

  • C.J. says:

The best I could come up with for the A A A part was to change it to A E D.

  • FutureBlessings says:

I think it should be Bm, not B

  • Dagulele says:

I’ve pieced what works best for me, with the help of your suggestions (on “0”): I agree with FutureBlessings, Bm sounds sweeter than B. Tried the A,E,D (C.J.), with small tweak of E to E7 (Ukuhazza), or A, E7, D, but then directly to Bm (Jared). Thanks for posting!

    I don’t think it sounds quite right….

    D D D D U U U DU DU

  • ravedaponeh says:

    Em G D A

  • Jim Z says:

I play it in Bb/Gm instead. So Much easier. I avoid the E chord like the plague on the uke. Gm, Bb, F, C. Sounds good and much easier to play, not the original key, but also not the original instrument.

  • CaelG says:

-2 sounds great and is really easy to play
