Intro -x2-: Em Em9 Cmaj7

Verse 1:
Em Em9
Baby, pour over
               Cmaj7
Tell me, are we concrete?
                            Em Em9 Cmaj7
What would you do without my perfect company to your undressed spine?
                  Em Em9 Cmaj7
And I can hear you drag behind my car by your broken legs
      Em Em9 Cmaj7
As she stole my only view, may I never blink

Chorus:
                            Em
While you stood over the pavement
                 Em9
I was biting the curb
          Cmaj7
Sick entertainment
                                       Em
But I'll bet it feels good coming down
             Em9 Cmaj7
Can't bear to wash out the wasted time

Between your lips and mine

Verse 2:
Em Em9
Zero friends
                            Cmaj7
Followed your voices into a sea of crosses
                             Em Em9
She blends in with the foxes gold and feels like home
                  Cmaj7
Under the surface, my love
   Em Em9
But beware, beware, beware
                 Cmaj7
And take it slow tonight
                                   Em Em9 Cmaj7
We're on the other side of the road And I think we're bleeding out

Chorus 2:
                            Em
While you stood over the pavement
                 Em9
I was biting the curb
          Cmaj7
Sick entertainment
                                       Em
But I'll bet it feels good coming down
             Em9 Cmaj7
Can't bear to wash out the wasted time

Between our lips
                      Em Em9
So c'mon and swing it back and forth just like
                 Cmaj7
My heart is on a pendulum tonight
Em Em9 Cmaj7 Cadd9
You see, I only wanna watch your clouds linger in the dark

Verse 3:
Cmaj7 Em
    Oh, can't you feel it?
                     Em6
You're feeding on my restless soul
Cmaj7 Em
    Oh, can't you see that
                  Em6
It's never enough, it's never enough
Cmaj7 Em
    Oh, can't you feel it?
               Em6
You feed on my restless soul
Cmaj7 Em
    Oh, can you see that

It's never enough, it's never enough

Interlude 2 -x2-: Cmaj7 Em Em6

Verse 4:
Cmaj7
Today I saw the whole world
                 Em Em6
And heaven has a plot to take my life
                    Cmaj7
See I'm the one who made you

I'll be the one who brings you down
    Em
But this will be the last time

Chorus:
Em Em9 Cmaj7
        Your sick entertainment
                                           Em
But I'll bet it feels good coming down
              Em9 Cmaj7
Can't bear to wash out the wasted time

Between our lips
                      Em Em9
So c'mon and swing it back and forth just like
                 Cmaj7
My heart is on a pendulum tonight
Em Em9 Cmaj7 Em
You see, I only wanna watch your clouds linger in the dark
