How to play Who Says on ukulele
Who Says is usually fingerpicked on ukulele rather than strummed. If you would rather strum, the everywhere 4/4 works as a fallback. The groove sits around 92 bpm, a medium pace. This arrangement is in D major. The fretting hand earns its keep in this one: I have the chords at the proficient level. Fingerpick the verses and loosen into a soft strum for the chorus.

Bflat should be flat diminished
Are you sure all of these chords are right? Most seem good, but the Bb in particular sounds off.
I play Gbm in place of the Bb
I replace the C into a B, when I play I don’t put the C in ^^
Personally, I like to play Esus2 just like a regular E, I think it sounds better.
And I am not so sure about that C
However, I still really like this tab! So thanks! 🙂

I think A6 sounds better than Bb.
I think F#7 sounds better instead of Bb
