6 ukulele chords used in "Green" by Cavetown: A, Bm, Bm7, D, Dadd9 and G

i personally enjoy -7 with a capo i uyghcvkhj
its so beautiful and i love this song so much :(( <3
crying as usual
but this song is felt
on a whole new level istg
If you go to -2 and replace Cadd9 with G, you can do the finger plucking at the beginning of the song by plucking the first three strings to C G Am7 F.
t h i s i s e v e r y t h i n g
i use -2 and replace Cadd9 with G like the comment below mine
i then use the simple strumming pattern that is used for This Is Home (D DU) but twice so it goes D DU D DU for each note
I like to replace dadd9 with gbm…it makes it a bit easier and I think it sounds nice 🙂
i personally use -2 with a capo 🙂
i saw this on another comment but to do the plucking at the beginning of the song i use the last 3 strings using C, G, Am7, and F.
for the rest of the song, i use the strumming pattern DD-DUDU (1 2 – 1 & 2 &). i play ukulele in the weirdest way possible tbh sooo i wouldn’t listen too much to me since i’m not that good :’)
i prefer to use counts since that’s what i’m used to but whatever,, just enjoy the information…??
strum that i use is for the chorus D-DDU for each chord for some i have to repeat it twice, but for the verses i just dtrum down 🙂
What it means is to go 2 steps down it’s only a suggestion it makes it a bit easier! ~ <3
-2
mmmm i love this song so much
you can play it using a capo on 2nd fret and the chords are C-G-Am-F and in chorus F-C-G-Am, i strum it D-U-U-D-U-U-D yah try it
I used -2 and it sounds really nice 🙂
I use -2 with a capo on 2. My strumming pattern is kinda weird, but I do DDU UDU
im sorry
y’all, do -2 on the transposer istg<3
I’m not crying, you are!!
i like to do +5 and replace gaad9 with d and em7 in the second verse with c : )
Personally, I found that the strumming pattern DDDUD worked best
THE CITRUS, THEY MAKE ME CRY
