It’s the transposer. It changes the tune to either higher (+) or lower (-) it also changes the notes. You can put a capo on to convert it to the main key

If you go all the way up to the menu thing there’s a transposed with the numbers. If you click on it, it changes the chords (I think other numbers refer the the key but I’m new to this too lol)
