For those curious on the strum patter it’s more of a plucking. It’s the same as Hey There Delilah. Pluck the C string once then E and A at the same time once and repeat. But for the very last A of the song do a single down strum. Hope this helps!

I found that the best way to play this, for a simple sound, is:
