How to play The Winner Takes It All on ukulele
To play The Winner Takes It All on ukulele, strum the 6/8 lilt: d – – d – u. Expect a relaxed pace, around 72 bpm. As posted it stays in its original key of Gb major. The fretting hand earns its keep in this one: I have the chords at the proficient level. For easier shapes, shift it down 4 half-steps with the transposer and clip a capo on fret 4 to land back in the same key. Count in six and let the chords roll through the sweeping chorus.

I find -1 super easy!
this song lowkey reminds me of tommy & dreams relationship in the smp lmao
Strumming pattern ?
Sorry, I meant C/Em/F/A?
DUDUUDUUDUUDUUDU, with emphasis on the down, all even beats, 16th notes. If you can’t do that, you can do DUD_UD_UD_UD_UDU. It’s to mimic the rhythm of the countermelody :3 good luck!
I love this song sooo much!
-1 is the mamma mia version
-1 is super easy! I play C7 after every Gm chord, but stick with C after every F. I find that makes it sound more natural. So instead of F-C-Gm-C, I do F-C-Gm-C7.
I use a capo on the first fret, makes it so much easier to play
I like using +1 but instead of G I do F and one strum
+1
Is it possible (and sound right) to play it using D/Em/F/A.
