I find transposing it to +1 is much easier. Some shifts between chords are awkward, but it’s not as straining on the hand as the Gb and Bm in the original (at least for me, but I have small hands so take this as you will)
I found the transposing it to -2 and putting a capo on the 2nd fret is so much easier and sounds better actually. If you’re having trouble with the E, E7 works even better
If you struggle to reach the Gb chord just play G7 instead. Sounds a little more abrasive but is easier for the hand.
