I find transposing it to +1 is much easier. Some shifts between chords are awkward, but it’s not as straining on the hand as the Gb and Bm in the original (at least for me, but I have small hands so take this as you will)
I found the transposing it to -2 and putting a capo on the 2nd fret is so much easier and sounds better actually. If you’re having trouble with the E, E7 works even better
