4 ukulele chords used in "New Soul" by Yael Naïm: Am, C, F and G

I used the strum pattern DDUUDU but at the parts with a quick transition I just do the DDU with each chord
Does anyone know what the strumming pattern is?
I love this song! Thank you for putting it up!❤️❤️❤️
I’m leaving a comment
I feel VERY late to this song, but I’m loving it! Such a feel-good, easy song to play. Only just started playing around with it, but for now I’ve enjoyed these strumming patterns:
Verse: D-.-D-DU for C and F, then just D on Am, G, C
la-la-la: I use DDUUDU, adding an extra C downstrum at the end because I like it 🙂
In second verse, I like to add some percussion!
Bridge: I found a picking pattern that is super cute that I use 😛
the strumming pattern I use is UD Chuck for the song except for the end where I just strum up for each chord as well as for the singing in the bridge.
Any advice on printer margins? Having issues with the left margin being cut off. Thank you for this great song!
I love thissss song. Usually I do like 1 strum to make it more dramatic towards the ending chorus then repeat with several strums.
I have a few strumming patterns I’m using, it’s a bit complicated but feel free to change it to your liking.
(First verse)
DDUD (Cut the G short and do DD for C do UD)
(Second verse)
DDDUD for C, DDUD for F,DD for am, D for G, and D or UD for C.
I’m still not sure what strumming method to use for the bridge and lalalala part, other than that you could probably repeat these methods over the parts that use the same chord pattern.
I’m using DDUD as my strum pattern, I suggest listening to the song, and figuring out a strum latter that works for you.
Whats the strum pattern
Me maybe DDU for the first part???
How do i know what strumming pattern to use?
I didn’t think anyone knew about Yael Naim but I’m so glad some do! The lyrics are so happy-go-lucky and perfect for a ukulele!
