Uhh why is everyone saying DDUDU? Personally, I do DDUUDU. Sometimes I shuck in between to fill the gap, so its like DDU-UDU

  2. My Chemical Ukulele

It’s easier if you play it with a capo in 1st fret and playin Am F C
The strumming patterns i use is DD UDU and in C you play it twice

  3. SassySoup23

Am F and C works well for beginners

  4. your welcome

too dumb it down and make it super easy play
    am ddudu
    g ddudu
    c ddudu
    c ddudu

the whole time.. only problems are there are some times when u just play c once and hold like at the part when they say “and they come unstuck”

  5. daddy snail

on transpose -1 (which i find easiest) for the intro i do

    Am – DDUDU
    G – DDUDU
    C – DDUDU-DDUDU

and i do it twice because i think it sounds pretty nice :)

  6. pretty-oddle

By accident, I realized that the Ab sounds better if you play it one fret down. I dunno it just sounds better to me

  7. Do what u want

I just go with the flow

  8. Blue Chocolate Frogs

Is there an easier way to play the Ab?

    • Saint Roche

Bar the second fret with pointer finger, put ring finger on fourth fret of the g string and middle finger on the third fret of the c string.

  9. I tune my ukulele up a half step so it sound like I have the capo on the first fret. Then for the transposer I put it down to -1

  10. Update I believe that is a G/F9sus4

  11. If you do -1 then the Am, G, and C are really easy however the G sounds a little bit off and I find the if you just do 2nd string, 1st fret and strum that instead, it sounds better. Not sure what the name of that chord is though.

  12. You can use am, g, and c, instead and it sounds just as lovely

  13. yum snails

on transpose -6 i personally find that using A7 instead of D is easier and to me it kind of just sounds better so idk there’s a tip i guess??

  14. and for the chorus I used DD U UDU

  15. Bre McLeish

    strumming pattern: DD UDU

  16. Ray with a Uke

-1 in Transposer is super easy. Chords G, C, & Am are used, and it still sounds really great. This song is good for beginners who have gotten the hang of G and aren’t ready to use strumming patterns. If you strum the note only when it tells you a new note, it still sounds really good with singing or as accompiment.

  17. i wish i could play da uke

    • Cool girl

It’s not that hard, I mean some of the chords are too hard for me but it is mostly pretty easy

  18. I think you guys should make easy and advanced chords for songs!
Unless if there is already that, and I have not noticed it IDK?

  19. Strumming pattern that I use is D DU UD U

  20. Am G C
