How to play Give Me One Reason on ukulele
On ukulele, Give Me One Reason comes down to the down-up eighths: d u d u. The groove sits around 98 bpm, a medium pace, and it swings lightly. It is posted in its original key of Gb major. The chords ask a bit more of you, so I rate them proficient. For easier shapes, shift it down 2 half-steps with the transposer and clip a capo on fret 2 to land back in the same key. Swing the down-up strums for that lazy twelve-bar blues shuffle.

Sarah, barre with your index finger and cross your middle finger on top of it just like one would cross their fingers to make a wish. It will give you more strength. Play any other frets with your ring finger. Overtime, you won’t have to do this. Good luck
So, does all that barre-ing hurt anyone else’s hand? Tips?
I can’t do E’s yet, so do it in -4
