I make as many good memories as I can

When there are nights I can’t sleep, it’s okay in the end
Bb Gm F
I know what I do now makes me me
      Bb Gm F
Wherever we go, wherever we go we...

Chorus:
F Bb Gm
We’ll dance like nobody’s there, we’ll dance without any cares
Gm C F

F Bb Gm
We’ll sing 'bout things we don’t know, we’ll sing to people and show
Gm C
What it means to be young and growing up

Post-Chorus:
F Bb Gm
We’ll take the good with the bad, all of the times that we’ll have
Gm C F
Make every moment last, we’ll have each other’s backs
F Bb Gm
Cause in the end we don’t know, we don’t know where we will go
Gm C F
We don’t know, so there’s still a little more growing up

Biography

The Linda Lindas are a four piece punk band from California, USA. Two sisters, a cousin, and their close friend. The group comprises Bela Salazar, Eloise Wong, Lucia de la Garza, and Mila de la Garza.

In May 2021, the Los Angeles Public Library posted a video of the band playing “Racist, Sexist Boy” at a “TEENtastic Tuesdays” event. The song was about an experience Mila, the band’s drummer, had when a schoolmate made a racist comment before the COVID-19 pandemic.
