I hear it as a Cdim7. I’ve got the Es at 4447 and Cdim7 at 5656. Also, I like the sound of a Dbm6, so the verse goes:

i tried to find an alternative chord for the unappealing ‘C’, although I am playing this on piano and i’ve moved it to +3 (so it is my range for singing) and I think a a/cm chord works perfectly on piano, I’m just not sure how to adapt this chord for the ukulele..
