I strum D and then pick A G
I just use G, Am, F, C in that order. You kinda gotta play with it, cause sometimes you leave out the C and the F, but I think that sounds good.
What they have there for the verses is correct, but what I like to do that also fits in the the song is some Am/G, or Am7 since you can’t really do Am/G on the ukulele. So:
C C C Dm Am Am Am Am7 Am Am Am Am7 Am Am Am Am7
It fits with the A A A G you hear in the bass of the piano in the original track.

for the strumming i just do DDDD on C and the D on DM and then DDDD on AM because in the song thats how it sounds
do you only strum where the notes are? or keep playing the note until it changes. ..? never played UKE (or any instrument)before
