once you get to the part with the 4 chords it’s DDU (switch chords) DUDDUD (switch chords) DDU (switch chords) UDUDDUD
the part with the 5 chords is the same as the 4 chords, just use the 5th chord to start another set
and then on the last part you can just use single down strums! and strum the very last chord very slowly (so you can hear the individual strings)
+3 and -2 are a bit easier (I think)
