–3 Sounds to me the most like the original when you put a capo on the third thread, if you have a higher voice you have to put it on the next thread propably.
For the strumming pattern I used simple down strumms. You can see in the video in which „Jade“ sung that song, that „André“ also just used „down strumms“ – don’t know what it’s called on the piano.
