9 ukulele chords used in "A Thousand Years" by Christina Perri: A, Bb, Bbsus2, Cm, Cm6, Dm, Eb, F and Gm

D D D D Sounds like a good strumming pattern and really brings out the slow tempo. The chords sound perfectly in pitch [Pitch Perfect @Say what?._.@Say what?] and Is really understandable for quick learners like me! 😉
imagine being in theaters and hearing this song for the very first time
+2 is so good 🙂
Hi, does anyone know the strumming pattern? I wish that they included it somewhere!
i love this song soooooooooo muchhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After the CSUS chord, i do a G chord. it sounds really nice 😀
The strumming pattern is DDUDU but DDDD sound more like the song and it brings out the slow tempo like Ukulele_Wolf_World236 said
The strumming pattern I used for this was
D-D-U-D-U But you could use D-D-D-D for something easier.
+2 is sooo much easierrrrr
🙂
DDUDU 🙂
such a beautiful song
thank you for sharing us the lyrics & chords of this song. It helps me to feel free in singing it with my desired musical instruments. I really thank you for your generosity. May God bless you!
Hi! Can you please take the commas out of the outro so i can see the transposed notes because i like to put it two half steps up and because of the commas i cant see 😀 Thans for the great songg!!
This is literally Percabeth :`)
“Darling don’t be afraid I have loved you” and “Time has brought your heart to me, I have loved you” should instead transition from Am to F instead of C in the +2 transposition. I’m playing this on my baritone, Capo 3, with standard ukulele fret positions for easiest play and the notes in the C chord don’t match the melody.
Go Jesus!!!!!! There is such good music in the world and so many talented people!!! We have a lot to be thankful for.
this song made me cry the first time I heard it
Ud-ud-Ud-ud (U – strum hard, u – strum weakly) – sounds better for me and more interesting
I think the placement of the chords should be changed, I don’t know why but I think if they were sooner, mainly for the chorus
