Verse 1:
C
Thought I found a way
Em Bm
Thought I found a way out -found-

Pre-Chorus:
                C Em Bm
Oh, I hope some day I'll make it out of here
           C Em Bm
Even if it takes all night or a hundred years
                C Em Bm
Need a place to hide, but I can't find one near

Wanna feel alive, outside I can fight my fear

C
Isn't it lovely, all alone
Em Bm
Heart made of glass, my mind of stone
C Em
Tear me to pieces, skin and bone

Hello, welcome home

Something's on my mind
Em Bm
Always in my headspace

  1. if you put the key on +5 and the capo on fret 3, it sounds great and is super easy to play

  2. Cameron Jaelyn Garey

CMaj7 sound better than C, just sayin ;)

  3. what does transpose mean? i’m really confused, been seeing that everywhere

    • Transpose means to make the key different. So basically if you transpose the chords down, they become lower so the whole song is lower, and has to be sung lower too. The definition is “cause (two or more things) to exchange places.” Hope this is useful 😋
