Verse:
A D A
Morning’s come, you've watched the red sun rise
A D A
The LED still flickers in your eyes
                E
Oh you ought to spare your face the razor
       D A D A
Because no one’s gonna spare their time for you
A D A
No one’s gonna watch you as you go
      A D A
From a house you didn’t build and can’t control
              E
Oh you ought to spare your face the razor
       D A D A
Because no one’s gonna spare their time for you
            E
You ought to spare the world your labor
        D A D A
It’s been twenty years and no one’s told the truth

Bridge:
A D A
So listen, oh
A D A
So listen, oh
      E D
Don’t wait
A D A
Don’t wait

Verse -same as first-:
So keep that list of who to thank in mind
And don’t forget the rich ones who were kind
Oh you ought to spare your face the razor
Because no one’s gonna spare their time for you
Why don’t you spare their world a traitor
Take your wager back and leave before you lose

Bridge:
A D A
So listen, oh
A D A
So listen, oh
      E D
Don’t wait
A D A
Don’t wait

Bridge:
D E
So while the sun’s coming out
       A D
Cover ground, cover ground
D E
And if you find some love for these clowns
A D
Turn around, turn around
D E
I’ll be half asleep on the floor of a high school gym
A D
Thinking of you and wondering if anyone else could begin

Bridge:
A D A
So listen, oh
A D A
So listen, oh
      E D
Don’t wait
A D A
Don’t wait

I think the placement of the chords is right for the piano part, but if you go with the guitar part, then I think it sounds good as A D A A, where you strum twice on each chord. So AA DD AA AA for each phrase. That sounds nice to me but the keyboard part is pretty much as written. I find it easier to go with the guitar rather than the piano when trying to sing along.

  2. can the chords please be written in for the whole song :)
