remember keys
   Bb F
It started out as a feeling
           Gm Eb
Which then grew into a hope
           Bb F
Which then turned into a quiet thought
           Gm Eb
Which then turned into a quiet word
    F F7
And then that word grew louder and louder
 Bb Gm
'Til it was a battle cry
          Eb
I'll come back
         F Gm
When you call me
Bb F
No need to say goodbye

Bb F
Just because everything's changing
                  Gm Eb
Doesn't mean it's never been this way before
Bb F
All you can do is try to know who your friends are
   Gm Eb
As you head off to the war
F F7
Pick a star on the dark horizon
    Bb Gm
And follow the light
            Eb
You'll come back
          F Gm
When it's over
Bb F Gm
No need to say goodbye
            Eb
You'll come back
          F Gm
When it's over
Bb F Bb
No need to say goodbye

Bb F
Now we're back to the beginning
            Gm Eb
It's just a feeling and no one knows yet
    Bb F
But just because they can't feel it too
        Gm Eb
Doesn't mean that you have to forget
F F7
Let your memories grow stronger and stronger
Bb Gm
'Til they're before your eyes
            Eb
You'll come back
          F Gm
When they call you
Bb F Gm
No need to say goodbye
            Eb
You'll come back
          F Gm
When they call you
Bb F Bb
No need to say goodbye

  1. Love this song!! Just have to work on singing it without crying.

  2. I have no musical talent- thus I’m playing the uke

+2 is easy, but it doesn’t sound good.
-3 is easy-ish, and sounds great

  3. It isn’t really necessary to transpose, it is better to learn the chords from the original because once you master them it is easier to learn other chords. This arrangement is amazing though! :)

  4. smol_pan_child

if you have a lower voice then -5 is pretty easy

  5. Holdorfgirl

Anyone have a good strumming pattern?

  6. The very first time I listened to this song, I almost cried it was so cute. It is even more perfect with a ukulele!!!!! +2 is definitely the easiest

  7. amber-unklele
