How to play Where Is My Mind on ukulele
The strumming pattern that fits is the down-up eighths: d u d u. The groove sits around 80 bpm, a relaxed pace. It is posted in its original key of E major. The chords ask a bit more of you, so I rate them proficient. Ease off in the verse then drive down-ups into the ooh chorus.

it’s incredibly annoying when people get lazy with the repeating notes. if i knew what i was supposed to be playing at those times i wouldn’t be looking at the notes for it. how am i supposed to know where to play the notes? idk either
With a low G it’s easy to play it:
(Low to high)
E-chord: 4-4-4-7
Dbm: 6-4-4-4
Abm: 5-3-4-3
A: 6-4-5-4
Am: 2-4-5-3
B: 4-3-2-2
Sounds pretty good to me on a normal tuning and the chord progression is very easy. Basically it’s all bar chords except the Am and the B.
+1 is much easier
I pluck g-e strings and then c-a i a one two, one two paterne Sound so much like the original, (On +1)
+3 to match the version on Ukulele Cheats
strumming pattern?
What’s the strumming pattern??
i just stared playing this song is perfect
I would do -4 with capo on 4. It makes it a lot easier.
The best sounding and easiest, is to play it in the key C (-4) and to bar the E and F chords, thereby sliding from E to F. So E is is (4,4,4,7) and F is (5,5,5,8).
do this instead
F DM A Bb
try to match the rhythim just like the intro
i ended up figuring out new notes that worked well, this website was very helpful for other songs
-4 for key of C, Puddles Pity Party version.
– 4 is super easy it also sounds better if you play E7 instead of E
