8 ukulele chords used in "golden hour" by JVKE: A, A7, Amaj7, E, E7, Gbm, Ab and Abm

It’s much easier to do on +1, plus I think it sounds better there as well. I don’t really know of a strumming pattern, so I just do down multiple times lol. Hope this helps! :))
For me it’s to hard to play the E major Chord like that so instead I play it like this:
a–-––-––2–––—–
e–––-–– 0–––––
C–-––––4––—––
g––––––4–––––
Sorry if that looks really messy it did take me ages to do though. But anyway this might make it easier to play for beginners.
And for the strumming pattern in my opinion there are 2 options
1. Pluck each string of the chord the same speed as the piano in the song or
2. Just go d d d and so on in semibreves (4 beats)
Well I hope that helped. 😊👍
i’m not sure if the A7 or E7 really fit the song. maybe they’re just not aligned with the lyrics well. or maybe that’s just me. i don’t know enough music theory to quickly figure out a replacement chord. in love with this song though
you’re not bad, this tab is. js
+3 to make it easier
none of the chords sounded right in any of the transposed ones. 💀
anyone know the strumming pattern??
Like Kk said, much better and easier on +1!
For the strumming keep in mind it’s 3/4, singing along with a 6/8 helped me a lot to figure out the timing of the verses
Anybody have an alternative chord for Ab in this song?
i used D UU
don’t use A7 just play an A
The verses especially are hard on the uku
The Lord our God is amazing
