4 ukulele chords used in "Such Great Heights" by Iron & Wine: Am, C, D and G

does anyone know the fingerpicking pattern?
This isn’t the same key as the original Iron and Wine version. I just tried to play along to it, and it was off key. But I’m not really sure by how much.
