Biography

Grian Chatten (born 19 July 1995 in Barrow-in-Furness, England, but raised in Dublin, Ireland) is best known as the lead singer and frontman of Irish post-punk / alternative rock band, Fontaines D.C. April 2023 saw the release of his debut solo single, ‘The Score’. A full-length album, Chaos for the Fly, followed in June of the same year.

Chatten was born in England to an English mother and an Irish father, but the family moved to Dublin, Ireland, when Grian was just a month old.
