6 ukulele chords used in "Accidentally In Love" by Counting Crows: A, Am, C, D, Em and G

@Bob, I use D D DUDU for most of the song.
Chorus I use DU DU D DU DD
Chorus DU(Come on) DU (Come on) D DU (move a little) DD (faster) and go right back into D D DUDU.
I just down strum the PreChorus.
shrek tingz😤
I love this song so much, gunna perform this for a competition probably!
@brittabird6
D -> G transition is really common even in simpler songs. The other chords you could hit are even more difficult to hit than a G. If you’re curious, these chords are Gb and Ab, one of which is a bar chord and the other of which requires a whole extra fingering. Just try practicing your transitions more.
I have a hard time going from D to G so quickly in the chorus. Is there an easier chord I could replace G with?
Nice to play on baritone
Strumming pattern, some of the others suggested are nice, but I do DDU for the entire thing
@Bob I find that DDUUDU works really nicely for this song and then DDU on the chorus
What’s the strumming pattern
I like the chorus better when you switch the Am and the C. It just sounds better. The rest of it is great!
Britta bird,, just keep practicing, a guitar player once told you to just sit and change chords without paling music,,, G D alot of songs have that there are three chord songs, 4 chord etc… I have seen a page set up like that for songs also… you can aloso play it slower or fasterdepending on how you want,, sometimes I try to play a song as fast as possible or put some country flarae in it, just screwing around,,
This song is so great! I love it! To Brittabird…I think if you just practice a bit more, it will come easier. I wasn’t so great either, but after practicing the transitions for 3 weeks, that D to G comes a lot easier and smoother. 🙂 Happy practicing!
