Intro - x4 -: C Csus4

   C Csus4 C Csus4
Oh morning come bursting the clouds move in
G Gsus4 G Gsus4
lift off this blindfold let me see again
and bring back the water that your ships will rid
      C G
in my heart she left a whole.

    C Csus4 C Csus4
The tightrope that I'm walking just sways and ties
    G Gsus4 G Gsus4
the devil as he's talking with those angel's eyes
and I just wanna be there when the lightning strikes
        C G
and the saints go marching in.

         C Csus4 C Csus4 G Gsus4
G Gsus4
And sing sloooo-ooooo-ooooo-oooow it down
through chaos as it swirls
                         C G
it's just us against the world.

       C Csus4 C Csus4
Like a river to a raindrop I lost a friend
   G Gsus4 G Gsus4
my drunken as a dagger in a lion's den
and tonight I know it all has to begin again
   C G
so whatever you do don't let go.

                C Csus4
And if we could float away
C Csus4 G Gsus4
fly up to the surface we'll just start again
    G Gsus4
and lift off with no trouble
just erodes us in the rain

just erodes us in the rain
      C G
just erodes us just erodes us in the rain.

     C Csus4 C Csus4 G Gsus4
G Gsus4
Sing sloooo-ooooo-ooooo-ooooow it down
   F C G
oh sloooo-ooooo-ooooo-ooooow it down.

    C Csus4 C Csus4
    G Gsus4 G Gsus4
    C G

                    F F
Through chaos as it swirls
it's just us against the world
                    F F
through chaos as it swirls
it's us against the world.

  2. Lewisisfine

Sounds great, but lyrics are very wrong. Love it, keep up the good work.

  3. I like the song but usually after the F chord for example the end verse, I changed the second F to and Am because I feel like that sounds more like the original song

  4. Some_Person

  5. Elise Verdin
