4 ukulele chords used in "Young Folks" by Peter Bjorn and John: Am, C, Dm and F

I understand it’s easy to continue on with the progression but while you’re singing and playing it gets a little confusing, it would be so easy for whoever made this JUST TO PUT THE CHORDS NEXT TO THE WORDS….. I’m so tired of finding a song I like and it not being the entire chords, its just LAZY.
I think it’s wrong, my guess is it should be like this.
Intro: F Dm C Am
F Dm
If i told you things i did before
C Am
told you how i used to be
F Dm Am
would you go along with someone like me
Yeah… you have to put chorder there, the line is way too long to remember.
I guess ill have to memrise the chord…and I think the chords change in the part where the chords are not written, im not sure
