For this song I just pluck the C and E strings 4 times instead of playing the “C” chord, then I put one finger on the 5th fret of the C string and pluck that and the A string 4 times instead of the “F” chord. I just switch between them until the end of the song where I do one down strum on a “C” chord. Hope that makes sense!
